Skill Guardian
Your bouncer at the door. Scans any skill you're about to install across
14 threat categories and gives you a plain-language verdict before it
touches your business.
Why you need it
Over a third of public AI skills have a flaw. Some are built to steal from you.
Earlier this year, security researchers scanned nearly 4,000 AI skills shared on public
registries. Over a third had at least one security flaw. Dozens were confirmed malicious,
built to steal credentials and data while looking useful on the surface. Skill
Guardian is the check you run first, before a skill from a marketplace, a bundle, or a
well-meaning Facebook group ever touches your files.
Updated for the 2026 threat landscape, including newer risks like MCP server and
tool poisoning and rendering-channel exfiltration.
How this works
Once it's installed, here's how you use Skill Guardian on anything else you're about
to add. Attach the file to any Claude thread using the + button, then ask Skill Guardian
to scan it. You'll get a plain-language verdict, safe, fix this first, or do not touch,
before it ever gets the chance to install.

Digital Footprint Audit
Scans your online presence the way a sharp-eyed stranger would. Finds the outdated
bios, the broken links, the places where your message says three different things
on three different platforms. You get a prioritised fix list, worst first, so an hour
of tidying actually moves the needle.
Why you need it
Safety isn't the only blind spot.
This one's about you and your business, and what's actually out there. The outdated
bios. The broken links you don't know about. The confusing or unclear messaging
across your platforms.

AI Efficiency Expert
A guided interview that finds where your week actually leaks, then hands
you a personalised blueprint of the five AI assistants most worth building next.
Why you need it
Not generic advice. Five builds pulled from your actual week.
Most business owners have never seen their week laid out like this. The interview
asks about your real workflows, where the repetitive tasks hide, what you keep
re-explaining, which jobs follow the same steps every time. What it hands you at
the end is the closest thing to a consulting session for the price of dinner out.

AI Business Builders
Your blueprint tells you what to build. AIBB is where you build it.
Every month we take one piece of your business and actually build the AI workflow
for it in a live training. You leave with the thing working, not with notes about the thing.
Between sessions you have my full resource library, every past training, the prompts
and skills and workflows I use in my own business, and a community of owners building
alongside you.
Rewrites AI-generated content so it actually sounds like you wrote it -
not like a press release that happened to use your name.
Why you need it
Your audience can tell. Even when they can't explain how.
The Humanizer is built on Wikipedia's comprehensive research into how AI-generated writing
gets identified. Wikipedia editors have catalogued the exact patterns that give it away:
inflated language, passive constructions, the same three-item list structure, filler phrases,
vague attributions. The skill knows those patterns and strips them out. You get your draft
back sounding like a person wrote it. Run it as the last step before you publish anything.
Scans every file in your Claude Cowork folder and flags any instructions
that are contradicting each other - before Claude starts doing something weird.
Why you need it
Your instruction files are probably fighting each other right now.
When you first set up Cowork you write one set of instructions. Then you change your mind
about something - your positioning, your tone, how you want Claude to handle a specific
task. You update one file. You don't always remember to update the others. Over time,
you end up with contradictions spread across 10, 20, 30 files. Claude tries to follow all
of them at once and starts producing inconsistent, sometimes confusing results.
This skill finds every conflict and tells you exactly what's clashing and where.
Run this any time you've made significant changes to your Cowork folder. I run it
roughly once a month as a maintenance check - takes about 30 seconds.
Built into Claude by Anthropic · Already in your tool
Skills Creator
Guides you through building a skill from scratch, in exactly the right format
for Claude to understand and use - every time, without getting the
structure wrong.
★
"This is the one that changed everything for me. And it was built into Claude the whole time."
Why it's the most important one
Once you can build skills, Claude stops being a tool and becomes a system.
A skill is a saved set of instructions that Claude follows automatically, every session,
without you having to explain it again. When you can build skills yourself, every repeatable
task in your business - content creation, client onboarding, conflict checks, weekly reviews -
becomes something Claude handles consistently. You brief it once. It runs every time.
That's when AI integration actually starts compounding.
Skills have a specific file structure that Claude expects. If the format is wrong, the skill
won't load or will behave inconsistently. Skills Creator knows the exact format and walks
you through filling it in - so you build it right the first time.
Where to find it - it's already in Claude
1
Open Claude
You can install skills in both the desktop app and the browser version.
2
Go to Customize → Skills
Look for Skills Creator in the list.
3
If you don't see it, check the skill marketplace
Look under Anthropic skills in the marketplace. It was built into Claude
and should be available to all Cowork users - sometimes it needs to be enabled first.
4
Start building
In any session, type: "I want to build a new skill."
Skills Creator will ask you the right questions and structure the file for you.
AI Business Builders

Understanding the concept is one thing. Building a skill that actually works -
in the right format, for your exact workflows, with proper instructions Claude
can follow consistently - is what we go deep on inside AI Business Builders.
Every month we implement one AI system together. Skills, workflows, the whole
thing. You leave each month with something real running in your business.
