1. Service Description

AI Business Builders is a monthly membership providing:

• Monthly AI platform training focused on practical business applications

• Ready-to-use tools including Custom GPTs, Google Gems, micro apps, workflows, templates, and prompts

• Access to a private community for members

• Member-only discounts on select larger programs

Content, topics, and tools may change from month to month based on current AI developments and member needs.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Founders Pricing: The first 50 members who join during the launch period lock in $47/month for the lifetime of their membership, as long as they maintain continuous active membership.

Standard Pricing: After the first 50 founding members, pricing increases

Billing: Your membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payment will automatically process on the same day each month using your payment method on file.

Payment Failure: If payment fails access will be suspended until payment is received. After 7 days of failed payment, membership may be cancelled.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@gailstarrdigital.com or through your member portal settings.

When Cancellation Takes Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the membership through the end of the period you've already paid for.

No Refunds: This is a monthly subscription service. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused membership time.

Founders Pricing: If you cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, you will be charged the current standard rate, not the founders rate. Founders pricing is only available to members who maintain continuous active membership.

4. Member Access

Founders Launch Members: Members who join during the founders launch will receive portal access on Wednesday, December 17th, 2024 (official kickoff date).

Standard Members: Members who join after the official launch will receive immediate access to the membership portal upon purchase.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any member who violates these terms or engages in behavior that is harmful to the community or business.

5. Intellectual Property & Tool Usage

All content, training materials, Custom GPTs, Google Gems, micro apps, workflows, templates, prompts, and resources provided within AI Business Builders are the intellectual property of Gail Starr Digital.

Personal Use License: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all tools, GPTs, Gems, micro apps, workflows, and resources are provided for your personal business use only. You may NOT:

• Use these tools to provide services to your clients

• Resell, redistribute, or share member-only content

• Claim ownership of any tools or content created by Gail Starr Digital

• Share login credentials or member-only resources publicly

Exceptions: If specific tools or resources are marked as "client-use approved" or "resell rights included," those exceptions will be clearly stated in the resource description.

6. Community Guidelines

Members are expected to:

• Treat other members and support staff with respect

• Refrain from spam or excessive self-promotion

• Keep discussions relevant and supportive

• Protect the privacy of other members

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community who violates these guidelines.

7. Support

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).

Scope: Support covers membership access, billing questions, and technical issues with the portal. Support does not include personal AI consulting or implementation help beyond what is provided in the membership training and community.

8. Beta Membership

AI Business Builders is launching as a beta membership. During this phase:

• Content, structure, and features may evolve based on member feedback

• New tools and resources will be added regularly

• Beta/founding members understand they are helping shape the membership

• Adjustments will be made to improve member experience

9. Third-Party AI Platforms

This membership teaches the use of third-party AI platforms including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Midjourney, and others.

Member Responsibility: You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your own accounts on these platforms

• Any costs associated with paid subscriptions to third-party tools

• Complying with the terms of service of each platform

No Liability: Gail Starr Digital is not responsible for changes, updates, pricing changes, or discontinuation of any third-party AI platforms. If a platform becomes unavailable, alternative solutions will be provided when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Business Builders provides educational training and resources. Results are not guaranteed.

No Guarantee of Results: Your success depends on many factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions. We make no guarantee that you will achieve specific business results.

Educational Purpose: All content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

AI Tools: AI platforms and tools may produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your business.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gail Starr Digital and its owner, Gail Starr, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the membership

• Any changes to or termination of the membership or any content

• Third-party AI platform changes or issues

• Unauthorized access to your account

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Membership

We reserve the right to:

• Modify content, topics, and training offered each month

• Add or remove tools and resources

• Update membership structure or format

• Change pricing for new members (existing founders pricing will be honored)

Members will be notified of significant changes via email or within the member portal.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify members via email.

Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
