Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using https://www.gailstarrdigital.com/ (the "Website") or purchasing any products or services from Gail Starr ("Company," "we," or "us").

By accessing or using the Website, enrolling in any programme, purchasing any product, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase any of our products or services.

1. About Us

Gail Starr is an AI educator and integration specialist based in South Africa, helping online course creators, coaches, and consultants implement AI workflows across their businesses. Our products and services include digital memberships, group programmes, and one-to-one work.

2. Our Products and Services

We offer the following categories of products and services through the Website and associated platforms:

  • Digital Memberships — including AI Business Builders, a paid membership providing ongoing training, resources, and community access.
  • Group Programmes — including Launch Sprint, a structured cohort-based programme delivered over a set period.
  • One-to-One Work — including the Your Brand Genius (YBG) process and other personalised coaching or consulting engagements.
  • Digital Products — including downloadable resources, templates, guides, and training materials.

The specific details, inclusions, and pricing of each offer are described on the relevant sales or enrolment page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some areas of the Website and our platforms require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary.

You may not share your account access with any other person. Sharing login credentials for paid programmes or memberships is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your access without refund.

Please notify us immediately at gail@starr.co.za if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the relevant sales page and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We use Stripe, Inc. as our third-party payment processor. Your payment card information is collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. For payment plan purchases, you authorise us to charge the agreed instalment amounts to your payment method on the scheduled dates. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of access to the relevant product or service.

All purchases are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy varies by product type. Please read the relevant section carefully before purchasing.

AI Business Builders Membership

If you are not satisfied with your AI Business Builders membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 35 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund, email gail@starr.co.za with your purchase details. After the 35-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued. Monthly or annual renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

Launch Sprint

Launch Sprint comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from your enrolment date. You are welcome to join the first two weeks of the sprint, attend the live calls, and experience the programme fully before deciding if it is the right fit for you. If during that time you decide Launch Sprint is not for you, simply email gail@starr.co.za and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked. Refund requests received after the 14-day window has closed will not be accepted.

One-to-One Work (including Your Brand Genius)

All one-to-one services are non-refundable. Due to the personalised, time-intensive nature of this work, all sales are final once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by emailing gail@starr.co.za.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, templates, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith or that fall outside the stated windows.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within our products and programmes — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, templates, frameworks, and downloadable resources — is the property of Gail Starr and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

When you purchase a product or enrol in a programme, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own business or personal development purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our materials.
  • Share programme content, login credentials, or downloads with others.
  • Use our materials to create competing products or services.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to legal action.

7. Results and Earnings Disclaimer

Our programmes, memberships, and resources are designed to provide education, strategies, and tools to support your business growth. However, we make no guarantees of specific results, income, or outcomes. Your results will depend on many factors including your effort, experience, market conditions, and the implementation of what you learn.

Any income figures, case studies, or testimonials shared on the Website or in our marketing represent individual results and are not intended as guarantees or promises of typical results. Most people who purchase online programmes do not implement everything they learn and as a result achieve little to no change in their circumstances.

8. Acceptable Use

By using the Website and our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of others.

Where our services include access to a community, group, or membership space, you agree to engage respectfully with other members and with the Company. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, spam, or any conduct that disrupts the experience of other members. We reserve the right to remove any member from a community space at our discretion, including in cases of serious breach of these guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

If you are accessing our services from outside South Africa, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they apply.
